Last Updated: June 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of EuroTransportHub and all transport-related services offered through the platform.
By submitting a transport request, obtaining a quote, paying a deposit, making a remaining balance payment, or using the platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the platform.
2. Platform Role
EuroTransportHub acts as a transport marketplace connecting customers with independent transport providers and drivers.
EuroTransportHub is not the carrier of goods, pets, vehicles, motorcycles, caravans, pallets, or any other transported items unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Transport services are performed by independent transport providers.
3. Transport Requests
Customers must provide accurate and complete information when requesting a quote, including:
- Collection address
- Delivery address
- Contact information
- Description of goods
- Quantity and dimensions
- Weight where applicable
- Special transport requirements
Providing incorrect information may result in revised pricing, delays, cancellation, or refusal of transport.
4. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided by EuroTransportHub are estimates based on information supplied by the customer.
The final transport cost may be adjusted if:
- Collection or delivery addresses change
- Dimensions or weight differ from declared information
- Additional services are requested
- Access restrictions are identified
- Incorrect information was supplied
Customers will be informed of any significant changes before transport proceeds.
5. Deposit Payments
To begin driver matching and booking procedures, customers may be required to pay a deposit.
The standard deposit is 30% of the total transport price unless stated otherwise.
Deposit payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Stripe payment processing fees are included in the quoted deposit amount where applicable.
6. Remaining Balance
The remaining balance is normally 70% of the total transport price and must be paid before transport completion unless otherwise agreed.
The remaining balance must be paid only to the official EuroTransportHub bank account specified in the payment instructions.
Payments may be made to a bank account held in the name of the business owner, trading as EuroTransportHub.
EuroTransportHub is not responsible for payments sent to any other bank account.
Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in:
- Suspension of transport services
- Refusal to release transported items
- Additional administrative fees
- Debt recovery procedures where permitted by law
7. Driver Contact Details
Driver contact details will only be released after the remaining balance has been confirmed as received by EuroTransportHub.
Customers agree not to use driver contact details for purposes unrelated to the booked transport service or to bypass the EuroTransportHub platform for future bookings.

Customers may cancel a transport request before driver assignment.
Where a driver has already been assigned, cancellation fees may apply.
Deposits may be non-refundable where:
