5. Payment Processing

Online deposit payments are processed securely through Stripe. EuroTransportHub does not store your full payment card details.

Payment information is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with Stripe’s own privacy policy and security standards.

Remaining balance payments may be made by bank transfer using the official payment instructions provided by EuroTransportHub.

6. Google Services

Our platform may use Google services, including Google Maps and Google Places Autocomplete, to help customers enter accurate collection and delivery addresses and support route-related features.

Google may process limited technical information in accordance with Google’s own privacy policy.

8. Communication Between Customers and Drivers

After the relevant payment stage has been confirmed, customer and driver contact details may be shared for the purpose of completing the booked transport service.

Customers and drivers may communicate by telephone, email, or WhatsApp where available. All communication must relate only to the booked transport service.

EuroTransportHub uses appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including SSL encryption, secure hosting, restricted administrator access, secure payment processing, regular software updates, access controls, and account security measures.

Although we take reasonable precautions, no internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
