EuroTransportHub Driver Terms
Clear terms, data-protection information and legal notices in one place.
Drivers using EuroTransportHub operate as independent contractors. Nothing in these terms creates an employment relationship with EuroTransportHub.
Verification and documents
Drivers must provide accurate information and valid documents including driving licence, insurance, vehicle documents and any required transport licence. Drivers may not accept jobs until verification is complete. Document expiry reminders may be sent 30, 14 and 7 days before expiry.
Transport acceptance
A driver is not assigned until they actively accept a transport. Once accepted, the driver is responsible for punctuality, communication, vehicle roadworthiness, compliance with law and safe transport of goods.
Proof of delivery
Before marking a job completed, drivers must provide at least one delivery photograph and GPS confirmation of delivery location. Missing proof may delay payment.
Cancellations
First cancellation may result in a warning. Second cancellation may result in a final warning. Third cancellation may result in account review and possible suspension.
Payments
Payments for verified completed jobs are processed within 14 days of job completion. This 14-day period includes verification of the completed job and submitted proof of delivery. Payment may be delayed where a job is subject to a dispute, proof of delivery is missing, documentation is incomplete or further investigation is required.
Liability and disputes
Drivers are responsible for insurance, transport-related claims, damage, loss, delay and negligence. EuroTransportHub may withhold payment while disputes are investigated. Drivers must not bypass the platform by accepting direct work from customers introduced by EuroTransportHub. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
